Discount Codes
All discount codes have a minimum purchase of $6.01. 

Returns
Documented sells digital products. Please read each listing carefully as some listings have Noteful stickerbooks, and Goodnotes. While others may only have goodnotes stickerbooks  Due to the nature of these products and the access you get when you purchase no returns or refunds are given. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. You can always contact us for any exchanges in digital products if you purchase an item twice at documentedbyjess@gmail.com.

Refunds
In as case where a refund is approved you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at documentedbyjess@gmail.com.
